Special Care Foreign Employment Agency ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what happens to the information you give us through this website, by phone, WhatsApp or at our office.
What we collect
- Your name, NIC number, date of birth and gender
- Your phone, WhatsApp number, email address and district
- The jobs and countries you are interested in, your experience and passport status
- Your CV, if you upload one, and any message you send
- For employers: company name, contact person and recruitment requirements
Why we collect it
We use your information to find you suitable overseas work, to contact you about vacancies, and to prepare your visa, medical and SLBFE registration documents. We do not use it for any other purpose, and we never sell it.
Who we share it with
With your agreement, we share your details and CV with prospective overseas employers and their licensed agents. When you go ahead with a job, we also share the necessary details with the Sri Lanka Bureau of Foreign Employment, medical centres, embassies and airlines.
How long we keep it
We keep applications for two years after your last contact with us, so we can match you with future vacancies. Records we must keep by law are kept for the period the law requires. After that, your information is deleted.
How we protect it
Applications sent through this website are emailed to our office. Uploaded CVs are stored in a protected folder that cannot be opened from the internet. Only our staff can access your information.

- Ask us to correct anything that is wrong
- Ask us to delete your information and stop contacting you

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies. The map on our Contact page is provided by Google, and Google's own privacy policy applies to it.
